Program Overview

The Junior Tigers program is designed for students ages 7-12 to grow mentally, physically, and emotionally while building confidence through dedicated practice. In 45-minute sessions, students improve strength and athletic performance with structured conditioning and drills.

Through focused group training, students develop effective self-defense techniques as their coordination and body control advance.

On the Road to Black Belt

Students have the opportunity to participate in full-contact sparring once they achieve the Yellow Belt rank. With an advanced, progressive curriculum and genuine passion, each student is guided to develop both skill and character on the way to their future Black Belt.

We offer classes for all ages, from young children to adults. Our programs are tailored to different skill levels and goals.

No prior experience is required! We welcome beginners as well as experienced martial artists looking to refine their skills.

Comfortable athletic wear is fine for your first class. If you decide to continue, we'll guide you on getting a uniform and gear.

We recommend attending at least two classes per week for steady improvement, but you can train more frequently based on your goals.

We go beyond physical training to focus on building strong character. Our program is rooted in the values of loyalty, discipline, and perseverance helping students grow into confident, respectful individuals both on and off the mat. We teach not just technique, but the mindset and spirit of true martial artists.
